Meet Sheila,
Sheila is a Christian Counselor, Spiritual Director, sought after Speaker and award-winning Author of Healing Racial Trauma: The Road to Resilience; and Young Gifted and Black: A Journey of Lament and Celebration. She is a member of The Redbud Writers Guild and her essays are featured in various anthologies and publications such as; The Boston Globe, The Redbud Post, Christianity Today and Voices of Lament. Sheila is now co-authoring with her husband Dr. Nicholas Rowe a book about healing the emotional and relational struggles of those who lead.
