With proven expertise in team building, culture and vision expansion, and leadership development he has been called on as a resource by many as a ministry and business consultant to help more effectively fulfill their vision. He currently serves on staff with Elevation Church leading the University City campus Youth ministry. Will has been married to Rebecca Wilson for 8 years. They have 3 children, William III (Trip), Mya & Winston.
