The question of the week...or year?

We know, it’s a tough question to ask - Is God in control? We think it’s a fair and pretty common question pointed towards God during the last 19 months or so. Every week, some new headline seems to grab our attention and brings us back to this question... Is God in control? Where’s he at right now?

We don’t have the answer, but that’s the thing about Tome, we like to find people who aren’t afraid to explore these things.. People like Marlando Jordan, who asks this very question while recounting his adventures hunting for toilet paper during the pandemic.

Coming up this week.

This week, we’ve got a gut-wrenching, heart-pulling, thought-provoking, wisdom-filled lineup for you. If you haven’t downloaded the app yet, get started on the Daily Drop today. We’ve got so much planned for you!

Check it out:

Alright, check this out -  What do a grown man singing “Amazing Grace”, a son who forgave his mother for trying to kill him, and a dude who wears camel hair have in common?

They’re all incredible and, if we can say so, pretty gnarly stories that are going to be popping up in your Tome app this week.

All seven stories this week have been uniquely crafted to meet you where you’re at. Today. Not yesterday. Not where you’ll be tomorrow. Just today.

If something speaks to you or maybe you’re just filled with more questions, please reach out to us at care@tomeapp.com or on Instagram. We’d like to open a dialogue and look forward to real and authentic conversations with you.

Before we part ways this week, just a word of encouragement for you to carry with you in the days ahead.

Just breathe.

There’s a lot going on in the world, both far and near. We are called to help others, but make sure to help yourself too. You’re so much more effective when you’re right with yourself. So go for a walk, a run, a kayak, a movie, or something to take care of you and just breathe.

You know where to find us next week when a new round of Tome’s start dropping -- right here. Have a great week!
